Taking it to go

The Thai do a lot of take out business from their food stalls, but we haven’t seen one plastic or styrofoam container yet. They use baggies. For everything. If you order a noodle soup, you get noodles in one bag, broth in another, and a third and fourth baggie with the spices and liquids you like to spice it up. The steam from the hot items blows up the bags until it looks like everyone won goldfish at the county fair. Christian went out the other night for some juices (watermelon for me,
pineapple for him) and came back with these. They’re meant for mobility, so it was funny to drink from them in our room. C found a spot to hold his until he was ready for more…
